    Everybody putting bad reviews on here, but I'm not understanding why. This is the best Mexican food I ever had honestly. I got the spinach and mushroom quesadilla and it was the best one ever. It was so big I couldn't even finish it but I forced myself. WILL BE RETURNING SOON

    Ok...I don't even know where to start...maybe from the time we walked in, sat at "the bar" until we asked if there is a bar tender. The people sitting next to us said we had to go stand in line over by the counter to place an order. No bar tender and the bar was just a storage spot for liquor bottles that I don't even think they use. Half of the other tables were dirty and not bussed. We had to move previous trays/drinks off of our table just so we can have a place to sit and eat ourselves.
    The employees taking your order seemed to be alright...maybe a slight "I don't like my job" attitude and "tired of working here" kind of spirit. I don't blame them one bit. The place was so run down and there's so much they need to do to update it...BUT...they were surprisingly extremely busy.
    Once we ordered our food and we were given our receipt which had our ticket pick up food number on it. They call out your number in the kitchen area. Make sure you're listening carefully, because they didn't have a loud speaker. We ordered 2 beers a piece because we didn't want to have to wait in that line again along with the large size chicken fajita quesadillas.
    There was no description of what was IN the quesadilla, but what I ASSUMED, is it would be like an actual fajita. You know...onions, peppers, chicken and filled with cheese. It was ONLY diced chicken and cheese. No onions and no peppers. Weird. It was alright. Nothing to rave about and not something I would order again.
    This place is open 24 hours and have 2 drive thru's and a pretty decent selection of different flavored frozen margaritas.

    This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years!  Flies and gnats all over the place. Looks like most of the employees are fresh out of "orange is the new black"
    The food is not good at all, I'm not sure what brings people here.. I suppose I would want to stop here if I was drunk and hungry and had zero sense or taste buds left.
    The place is just gross, they have a system where you just walk up and get your food if they call your number, they apparently called our number but someone else grabbed our food, we waited for 10min before realizing that our number was never coming up, after walking over with our receipt the girls said  "we called that number already"  ok?   They remade the food... wrong.   I was just done with the whole experience. I couldn't eat, I just wanted to leave, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.    Disgusting. The roaches have a nice place to dwell though... they seem to roam pretty freely.

    I will never go to this Chacho's again!!! The last few times I'd gone they didn't have guac! I stopped this morning after a stressful night at work, I'm a first responder, and having to drive kids to school, because I just wanted some breakfast tacos! They miraculously had guac this time so I ordered my mom her salad & my breakfast tacos... when I got to my mom's house I find that they didn't give me my tacos they charged me for!!! I'm beyond livid! I just wanted to go home & eat my tacos & hopefully rest after all the BS I've endured all night & morning! Effff you Chacho's employees! You suck!

    So I'm just pissed off because I ordered shredded chicken and black beans nachos and they didn't put no shredded chicken on it...meanwhile when I look at it it was all dressed I saw the black bean...mine you I leave off 99 so I don't made it all the way home to start eating these shits and realized there is no shredded chicken on it...then when I called the mf phone going to voicemail talking bout mailbox full...I knew I should not have stopped there cause then the lil black chic at the front so unprofessional it's ridiculous get y'all shit together Chacho's 610 ....I'm so damn irritated
